Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for various roles across departments.
Payroll & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.
HR Operations
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Administration
Oversee office administration activities including vendor management, procurement, and general office
upkeep.
Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless inter-departmental support.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in HR tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,740.04 - ₹46,760.81 per month
Work Location: In person
