Sr. HR Recruiter

India

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

 Drive the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.

 Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.

 Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for various roles across departments.

Payroll & Compliance

 Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

 Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.

 Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.

HR Operations

 Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee data.

 Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.

 Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Administration

 Oversee office administration activities including vendor management, procurement, and general office

upkeep.

 Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless inter-departmental support.

Requirements:

 Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the ed-tech industry.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

 Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.

 Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 Tech-savvy with familiarity in HR tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,740.04 - ₹46,760.81 per month
