Job Title: HR Recruiter (Hair Transplant Industry)

Location: Baner, Pune.
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements of the organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions within the Hair Transplant industry. The recruiter will also ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned department heads.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and organizational recruitment policies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or hair transplant industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment channels and hiring trends in healthcare services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
