Roles & Responsibilities :

Preparing Job Description for smooth and relevant hiring

Reviewing resumes and applications and sourcing candidates from job portals
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities

Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays etc

Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

Training new or existing employees and communicating and experience and communication organization's HR policies to the employees
Conducting various welfare activities and employee engagement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
