Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and on-boarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.

Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, etc.).

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Coordinate and manage interview data

Mentioning of all the data in the ATS and following the process of the interviews

Maintain a database of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
