Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create and execute plans to meet organizational staffing needs, aligned with business goals.
- Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with leaders to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates: Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the hiring process: Oversee all stages of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain candidate databases: Utilize and manage an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain organized records of all recruitment activities.
- Promote employer brand: Act as a brand ambassador at recruitment events and through online platforms to attract talent.
- Track and analyze metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Mentor junior recruiters: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced recruiters on the team.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, such as using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
