Sr. HR Recruiter (White Collar profiles)

Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Kolkata
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across departments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.
• Create and post job descriptions on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handover to HR Ops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in white-collar recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage corporate hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
