About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Specialist
to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, handle administrative HR tasks, and foster positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation, orientation, and system access.

Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
3. Compliance & Local Labor Law

Ensure all HR practices are in full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.

Keep updated on legal changes and advise management on necessary policy updates.

Handle work permits, social insurance, and other statutory requirements.
4. HR Administration

Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.

Generate HR reports as needed (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave balances).

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
5. Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing grievances professionally.

Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in a similar HR role in Egypt.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems is a plus.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
