Job Title: Executive – HR (Payroll & Compliance)

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations, encompassing recruitment, payroll support, employee engagement, and compliance. The role is critical in ensuring efficient HR processes, employee satisfaction, and a positive work culture.

Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Experience: 4–5 years (Female candidates only)

Education: MBA/Graduate in HR or relevant HR certifications

Work Mode: On-site (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave records

Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation

Handle employee grievances and foster positive employee relations

Support HR operations, policy drafting, and internal communication

Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retail HR coordination

Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/Graduate in HR with 4–5 years of relevant experience

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee relations

Proficient in MS Office and HR tools

Retail or fashion industry experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
