Job Summary:
The HVAC Executive will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining all HVAC systems including Air Conditioners, Chillers, Refrigerators, Water Dispensers, and other cooling/heating equipment. The role requires a technically sound professional with strong leadership skills to guide the HVAC team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver high-quality maintenance services in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and lead the HVAC team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including ACs, chillers, refrigerators, dispensers, and related cooling/heating units.
- Develop and implement HVAC maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and extended equipment life.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance; recommend and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance and operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement of spare parts, equipment, and outsourced services.
- Train, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians to build strong technical capability within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on solutions when required.
- Prepare technical and performance reports for management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 9–10 years of proven experience in HVAC operations, maintenance, and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioners, Chillers, Refrigerators, Water Dispensers, and related systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of modern HVAC systems, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
