Sr. Instructional DesignerPRIMARY PURPOSE : Evaluates and advises on instructional design for all training staff, manages training programs, demonstrates and calculates organizational impact of training programs, and provides training and behavior assessments, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Certificate in organizational development and/or certificate in instructional design preferred.
Experience
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience to include application of post-training behavior assessments, adult learning methodologies, and application of training best practices for design and delivery required.
