The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support, solving complex trouble ticketing and service requests, adhering to change management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating comprehensive detailed documentation, conducting training sessions, and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise systems such as ERP, QMS, MES, WMS, and HRIS. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring a positive user experience.
Essential Functions
- Solve ticketing and service requests individually, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Assists other BAs in completing their tickets when applicable.
- Follows and ensures change management processes, including assessing impacts, coordinating approvals, and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- Ensures comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, and process workflows.
- Provides training sessions to end-users on new systems, features, and processes to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Supports and upgrades enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), QMS (Quality Management System), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, trends, and industry best practices to support informed decision-making.
