- Fieldwork: Conduct surveys to measure and map land, establishing property corners, boundaries, and features (topographic, boundary, construction layout).
- Data Collection: Use instruments like GPS, theodolites, and total stations to collect precise coordinates, distances, angles, and elevations.
- Research: Investigate historical records, legal documents, and land titles to understand property history and boundaries.
- Data Analysis & Mapping: Analyze collected data, perform calculations, and create detailed maps, plats, sketches, and legal descriptions using CAD and GIS software.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers, architects, construction teams, and clients to provide crucial survey data for projects.
- Compliance: Ensure all surveys meet legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present survey findings to clients and stakeholders.
