AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Sr. Manager Finance for its Accounts & Finance Department - for its Head office based in Karachi
Position: Sr. Manager Finance
Qualification: MBA (ACCA,CPA)
Experience: 4-5 Years’ in Financial controller side
Salary: Rs. 250,000 + other benefits

Job Duties:
- Possess in depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP B1
- Lead the development and implementation of monthly and yearly budget plans
- Conduct through analysis of budget versus actual financial performance
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement
- Apply expertise gained from working in a reputable Chartered Accountant firm to enhance financial processes and reporting standards
- Develop monthly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision making
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Utilize advanced excel skills to create and automate management reports
- Oversee bank and cash reconciliations processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with UAE finance and operation teams to ensure accurate financial reporting compliance with local regulations
