Sr. Manager Tariff & Partner Relations

Job Duties:

• Reviewing and verifying data reflecting on Shipping Documents to ensure it is correct in all aspects.
• Should have an understanding of the customs entry filing process for import shipments as per customs regulations.
• Must have knowledge of HTS codes and classifications.
• Coordinating with brokers/agents to ensure all shipments are being cleared on time and all required details are being shared accordingly.
• Keeping track of shipments moving to different destinations to ensure all clearance operations are aligned.
• Must be great with numbers and should ensure all values, product descriptions, and other details are correctly reflecting on documents.
• Having close coordination with various teams for smooth operations at each destination.
• Understanding the time sensitive nature of work and taking necessary actions.
• Should have good understanding of Duties and Taxes & knowledge of US Customs Compliance would be a plus.

Requirements:

• 7+ Years of relevant industry experience.
• Masters degrees in supply chain management or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
