Job Description
The Senior Manager, Product Management – Wholesale Voice Services, plays a pivotal role in defining, developing, and executing the strategic direction of e&’s international voice portfolio across global carrier and enterprise markets.
This role leads the end-to-end lifecycle management of all Voice products — including IDD, DID, ITFS, Cloud Numbering and services associated with it including CCAAS and UCAAS, Voice Hubs, and voice trading platform and associated system integrated with it — ensuring they remain technologically advanced, commercially competitive, and operationally efficient.
The Senior Manager is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer experience through continuous product innovation, data-driven business case evaluations, and agile go-to-market execution.
By working closely with internal teams (Technology, Finance, Regulatory, Sales, and Operations) and external partners (global carriers, vendors, and technology providers), the Senior Manager ensures the successful development, commercialization, and modernization of wholesale voice services that strengthen e&’s global position as a leading wholesale hub in the international voice ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Wholesale Voice Services (IDD, DID, ITFS, Cloud Numbering, cloud communication platforms including UCAAS and CCAAS), including concept design, business case development, pricing, and go-to-market planning.

Continuously enhance the Voice Hub platform, introducing automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools to optimize routing, margin, and service quality, with customer portal and multi tenant acces

Develop new Voice & Cloud Numbering offerings aligned with global market trends and enterprise demand, Drive automation and API integration for provisioning and management.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis then Define and execute strategies to maximize product revenue, market share, and profitability within defined budgets and business plans.

Monitor key KPIs for performance, cost, and revenue against targets; initiate corrective actions to ensure profitability per service.

Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitor movements.

Translate insights into actionable development and marketing initiatives to keep e& ahead of regional and global competitors.

Build and maintain strategic relationships and partnerhsip with international carriers, aggregators, and technology vendors to enhance product portfolio and market reach.

Drive customer satisfaction and account retention through proactive engagement, service excellence, and tailored solutions.

Collaborate with Technology, Security, and Operations teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable voice platforms (including billing system, customer poratl, firewalls, routing, and numbering).

Oversee migration and modernization projects, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

Lead marketing and promotional strategies for wholesale voice services to enhance visibility and brand positioning.

Develop compelling value propositions, product collateral, and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and establish new strategic alliances with regional and global operators, cloud providers, and numbering partners.

Negotiate commercial and technical terms to ensure optimal positioning for e& in wholesale markets.

Prepare annual business and financial plans, including revenue targets, budget allocations, and forecast models.

Track performance and implement corrective actions for any deviations.

Manage pricing strategies, rate negotiations, and margin optimization for wholesale voice deals.

Review and approve partner and vendor contracts ensuring alignment with C&WS commercial policies.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks (IMDA, TDRA, MEF) and internal governance processes.

Oversee security audits, RFI/RFP submissions, and vendor assessments as required.

Lead collaboration between Product, Sales, Technology, Finance, and Legal to ensure unified product delivery and operational success.

Provide expert guidance and act as the voice product champion within internal governance committees.

Monitor and manage product KPIs across sales, revenue, operational efficiency, and quality of service.

Develop dashboards and periodic reports for senior management.

Integrate AI, analytics, and automation tools to optimize pricing, routing, and fraud detection within the voice ecosystem.

Explore opportunities for Voice-as-a-Service and API-based numbering models.

Represent e& at industry events, conferences, and working groups to strengthen brand authority and visibility in global wholesale forums.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business Administration/Marketing

6-8 years of experience in product management for carrier & wholesale services
