Sr. Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of resources and assist the teams when required.
  • Work with the marketing director and analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products and acquisitions of the company.
  • Drive the marketing strategy and positioning for the company.
  • Continually identify and improve the product positioning and core customer segments.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
  • Get input and feedback from customers to continuously improve the growth.
  • Define the long-term marketing strategy with the marketing director.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the PR activities of the firm and its related agencies if any.
  • Research about the current marketing trends and keep tabs on competitors
  • Follow the company's KPIs.
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to manage the product distribution, build distribution networks and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results
  • Conduct research to determine market conditions for current and new products
  • Determine the marketing budget and ensure the budget is not exceeded
  • Sustain a good work environment and ensure that the customers, stakeholders and employees are satisfied.
  • Provide product enhancements for all the teams.
  • Keep the costs to a minimum by monitoring the inventory of products with the help of the supply chain and operations teams.
  • Meet or exceed the financial targets by the end of the quarter or financial year.
  • To organize the company functions as per the requirement.
  • Prepare the monthly report for the management to measure the performance.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 3+ years in a marketing leadership or management role.
  • Strong grasp of strategy, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Skilled in market analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with vendor negotiation and distribution management.
  • Proficient in CRM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • PR or agency coordination experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
