We are urgently looking for Sr. Marketing Manager for one of the Packaging Manufacturing company.

Location :Pithampur, MP

Job Description:-

• Lead business development activities for a wide range of packaging products.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Represent the company during client visits, industry meetings, and exhibitions.
• Develop a strong understanding of products, conduct market mapping and competitive analysis.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, deal negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to study customer inquiries and propose effective solutions.
• Provide strategic inputs to the Directors and contribute to business planning.
• Identify opportunities to expand and grow new verticals of business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in packaging / plastics / related industries.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and closing high-value deals.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify new opportunities and expand business verticals.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
