Reports to: MEP Manager

Location: Egypt (On-site)

Industry: Rail projects

Responsibilities

• The Lead/Senior HVAC will monitor work carried out on various construction sites of a transportation project to ensure safety and quality is upheld and ensuring the installation reflects the approved shop drawings.
• Carry out regular inspections, checking quality of work, searching out any defects / snags, and have a practical approach to any issues arising on site.
• Oversee the construction and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Resolve HVAC problems and issues.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Cary out regular supervision and inspections of HVAC.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's university degree in Mechanical engineering.
• Excellent command of English Language is a must.
• 10 to 15 years' experience.
• Railway/Metro experience is a plus.
• Site Experience.
• Testing and Commissioning experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices.
