Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing & LPG Supervision Specialist)

Responsibilities:

1- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and LPG systems.

2- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA), and project timelines during execution.

3- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders for on-site system oversight and quality control.

4- Control the team of site inspectors, monitor the quality, troubleshooting, and progress reporting.

5- Provide technical guidance for sustainable and efficient operations in luxury residential/commercial spaces.

Requirements:A- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering supervision, with expertise in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and LPG.B- Strong knowledge of Dubai-specific codes (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense) and mega-project supervision.C- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit for review purposes.D- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.E- UAE residency or willingness to relocate; professional certifications (e.g., PE, LEED) are a plus.
