Sr. MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Review MEP design and construction drawings, identify technical issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to technical standards.
• Manage and resolve technical challenges and site issues effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision with a proven track record in hotel construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management principles, and applicable codes and standards.
• Hands-on experience in managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale hospitality projects.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
