Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Coordination
- Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate MEP services seamlessly.
- Develop MEP work schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and planning for all MEP activities.
2. Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Monitor on-site MEP works to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
- Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
3. Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Implement quality control procedures for MEP installations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure rectification of defects or deviations.
4. Cost & Contract Management
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and monitor expenditures for MEP works.
- Evaluate and approve contractor bills, change orders, and variations.
- Support procurement teams in technical evaluation of vendors and suppliers.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with consultants, government authorities, and third-party agencies for approvals and inspections.
- Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to review progress.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team and management.
6. Handover & Post-Construction
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and documentation of all MEP systems.
- Support facilities management and operations teams during project handover.
- Address post-construction defects or warranty issues related to MEP services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP design, execution, and project management (Bungalow or Villa).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire-fighting, plumbing, BMS, and sustainable building practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.

Pay: ₹20,032.34 - ₹66,626.40 per month
