SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER-MODEL HOME

Our award-winning Annapolis based Interior Design firm is currently seeking a Senior Designer for our Model Home/Builder division. The ideal candidate will have hand drafting skills and be an expert in space planning. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating spaced based design utilizing marketing demographics for model homes. He/She will be able to use their skills in order to adhere to budgetary guidelines and market trends. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a job from beginning to end – schematic design, design development, ordering, installation and follow-up. The candidate will meet challenges of division sales and have an expert understanding of architectural detailing, application and vendor resources. They will hold the highest standard of image and develop skillful client interaction. Must be able to read plans in depth and see a room as a 3-dimensional space.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Associate Degree in Interior Design, required

2. At least 3-5 years professional experience in the field of Interior Design

3.Auto CAD proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,481.76 - $67,500.00 per year
