Sr. Officer HR

Domino's Pizza is looking for the position of "Sr. Officer - HR"

Please note: Extensive traveling is required within the city and outstation.

Qualification: BBA/MBA

Experience: 2 to 4 year of relevant experience (FMCG, Retail, or QSR experience preferred).

Location: Lahore

Main Accountabilities:

• Assist in end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee files, records, and ensure timely issuance of HR letters.
• Monitor and coordinate on employee attendance, absenteeism, turnover, and other operational HR matters.
• Provide day-to-day HR operational support and resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across locations.
• Provide HR-related support.

Competencies & Skills:

• Strong command on MS Office
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong Knowledge of HR operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
