EgyBell is hiring a Sr. Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
for a multinational financial organization.
Responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance Management:

Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and facility functionality.

Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.

Provide efficient recommendations to the First Operations & Maintenance Officer regarding proposed expenditures.

Receive HR requests for new hires' space allocation, design, and procurement for each new hire.
Contractors Management:
-
Evaluate and select contractors for specific maintenance tasks or projects.

Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
-
Facilitate communication and collaboration between in-house teams and external contractors.
Others:
-
Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position and/ or as requested by management.
Qualifications:
4 – 6 years of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
Excellent in English is a must
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2 is a must
-
HVAC certified is an added advantage.

Electrical control diploma

Solid knowledge of different building systems.
