SR. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Carry out all administrative and secretarial duties for the Division Manager within Engineering Services Department. Ensure that confidentiality of matters dealt with is protected at all times. Maintain list of outstanding action list and follow up action items within the Division and other departments. Maintain an efficient Correspondence management and filling system in the division. Record and process the day to day incoming and outgoing mail.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Excellent Computer and secretarial/administrative skills are essential.
  • Proficiency level in written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office Software, especially Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Talented, Active, Strong Personality, Co-operative, Team worker, Hard worker, are essential requirements.
  • Ability to analyse situation with sound judgement and highlight anomalies, exercise discretion and report to DM.
  • Maintain full confidentiality of all correspondence in paper or electronic format.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma, preferably in Business/administration field. Secretarial course training/certificate is essential. Minimum 7 years experience in Oil & Gas Refinery industry, preferably in an engineering environment. Should be able to work with minimum of guidance.
