Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare baseline programs, cash flow, and resource histograms.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning support.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
