Sr. Planning Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Education: Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of planning experience in engineering projects.

Requirements:

• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead plans, resource histograms and develop detailed project schedules.
• Strong command on Material and resource management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to align planning activities.
• Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and regularly monitor project progress to identify potential delays.
• Strong understanding of Project Planning and Execution in MEP or Firefighting systems.
• Strong command on Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Implement project planning standards and ensure compliance with contract timelines.
• Recommend corrective actions and assist in recovery planning.
• Support in the preparation of claims, variations, and extensions of time.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
