Sr. Planning Engineer (with High Rise Building Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead programs
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances and delays
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims, EOT submissions, and mitigation plans
• Ensure planning activities align with contract requirements and project milestones
• Participate in progress meetings and provide planning input for decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in construction planning
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects (residential / commercial / mixed-use)
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
