Sr. Product Manager /GPM – Neuro Segment

Major Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to drive brand visibility, market expansion, and portfolio growth across multiple therapies. The role involves preparing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the business head in achieving growth, profitability, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and market share.
• Scan competitor landscape to identify opportunities for new product launches and line extensions.
• Design and manage the marketing mix, positioning, and product differentiation strategies .
• Prepare visual aids, promotional inputs, and campaign material in line with brand requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for the field force to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activities .
• Manage brand life cycle and ensure strong evolution indices for profitability.
• Plan and execute customer segmentation & CRM activities for key customer development.
• Coordinate with production & supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies through feedback, ROI analysis, and field visits.
• Handle product queries, complaints, and customer communication in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Present marketing plans, campaigns, new launches, and promotional tools during cycle meetings.

• Strong knowledge of pharma marketing & brand management .
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions .
• Excellent communication, training, and negotiation skills .
• Experience in portfolio expansion, brand positioning, and promotional strategy development .
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
