Sr. Project Engineer/ Construction Manager

• Who's capable to handle multiple projects in coordination with site supervision team.
• Managing client and consultant as a managerial level.
• Attending progress meeting.
• Execute the projects as per baseline.
• Commercial documentation to cover the contractual obligations.
• Monitoring the project progress and to achieve gen targets as per baseline.
• Variation claims if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Sr Projects Manager who can manage multiple building projects which having the experience at least 5years in the same or equal positions and over all 15-20 years of experience in UAE.
• Immediate joiners.
