Sr. Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads complex, high-visibility IT and analytics programs involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. This role sets the delivery strategy, governs execution, and ensures alignment with business objectives and budget.

Own end-to-end program delivery from planning through closeout.
Define governance, milestones, and stakeholder reporting structure.
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Resolve escalated risks, scope changes, and delivery conflicts.
Influence senior leadership and ensure executive alignment.

7+ years of project/program management experience in IT or analytics.
Proven success leading enterprise-scale or multi-vendor initiatives.
Advanced skills in project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
Strong financial and contractual acumen (SOWs, burn tracking, T&M vs. fixed fee).
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent senior-level certification.

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
