Job Title: Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil with strong UAE project exposure to manage quality assurance, quality control, and handover activities for major construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–14 years total experience
• 6–10 years UAE experience
• Home country experience with Main Contractor / Developer
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience with Principal Consultants
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience with Main Contractors
• Ability to join immediately or within 30 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Construction / Project Management
• Dubai Municipality certification
• QA/QC or Quality Management certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project execution and handover as per drawings, specifications, contracts, QA/QC and HSE plans
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and NCRs
• Review inspections, construction programs, payment applications, variations, and EOT claims
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
