Position Overview: Lucid is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and hire highly specialized technical professionals who will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. Your ability to understand the intricacies of manufacturing roles and identify candidates with the right skill sets will be key to our growth.
You will be responsible for collaborating with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team and global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. You will participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool. Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to better understand candidate profiles.
