  • Oversee the accuracy, relevance, and hygiene of all job postings.
  • Approve or review postings created by junior recruiters.
  • Maintain role taxonomies, seniority levels, and industry vertical mappings.
  • Ensure timely refresh, removal of outdated posts, and standardization of job copy.

3. Talent Curation & High-Level Candidate Matching

  • Identify top-tier learners completing advanced certifications or specialized training.

4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Mentor junior recruiters and interns.

  • Establish SOPs for job-board workflows, employer communication, and placement tracking.

5. Data Insights & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards on employer activity, job success rate, and talent readiness.
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership on:
  • Hiring trends
  • Skill gaps
  • Geographical demand
  • Conversion rates
  • Recommend course improvements based on market data and employer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in recruitment, with at least 5 years in construction domain.
  • Strong industry network and ability to engage senior HR leaders.
  • Deep understanding of civil engineering roles, certifications, and project execution cycles.
