we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of “Sr. Recruitment Officer’’ with great verbal and written communication skillS.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of

experience in full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and a passion for finding the right talent to support business growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress and communications.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles (technical, non-technical, or industry-specific).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
