Job Title: Recruitment Training & Compliance Manager
Location: Bangalore, India – will travel monthly once for few days to Mysore office
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
Experience Required: 10+ years in US Recruiting, with prior hands-on training experience, quality check experience and recruiting management.Role Overview
The Recruitment Training & Compliance Manager will be responsible for enhancing recruiter capabilities, ensuring process adherence, and driving operational excellence across our US recruiting teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in US recruitment, training delivery, quality checks, operational management and compliance auditing.Key Responsibilities
Training & Enablement

  • Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing recruiters

Conduct training working with Recruiting manager to provide additional training based on PIP given to underperforming recruiters

  • Own and update the Recruiting Playbook; ensure consistent usage across teams
  • Facilitate weekly RM (Recruiter Manager) and monthly AM (Account Manager) training sessions
  • Track training participation and effectiveness metrics

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Perform weekly audits of job postings for accuracy and alignment with client expectations
  • Conduct checks on rejected candidates and resume quality of all submission
  • Ensure adherence to submission, interview, and hire targets across US manager teams
  • Monitor resume formatting, keyword alignment, and compliance standards

ensure referral candidates are resubmitted effecitively and bench resources are assigned to projects across cusomters.

Operational Oversight

  • Track recruiter time-in/time-out, PTO, and shift adherence
  • Review call history reports to assess recruiter engagement and productivity
  • Support performance management including recognition, PIP documentation, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with US leadership to address operational issues and implement corrective actions

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on training, performance metrics, and compliance audits
  • Identify trends in attrition, hiring velocity, and recruiter effectiveness
  • Recommend process improvements based on audit findings and team feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in US recruiting, with direct training and compliance exposure
  • Prior experience working physically in the US in a recruiting/training capacity
  • Strong understanding of US staffing metrics, ATS systems, and client expectations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and documentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
