Sr. Regional Payroll and ER Specialist | EMEA

We are hiring a Senior Employee Relations & Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of employee relations and ensure accurate payroll processing. You will act as a trusted advisor on labor laws, handle employee cases with discretion, and maintain compliance across HR operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in line with labor law and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct investigations and document employee relations cases.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Odoo.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Partner with HR team to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations and payroll, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo payroll system is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for payroll reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English
