Bitsclan is expanding sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in cold calling and prospecting within the IT services industry.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing Bitsclan’s capabilities and setting up qualified appointments for our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from targeted lead lists.
Engage prospects, understand their business needs, and qualify them as potential customers.
Present Bitsclan’s services — including AI, software development, and e-commerce solutions — in a clear and compelling way.
Schedule and confirm appointments or discovery calls for senior sales executives.
Research and identify new leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Crunchbase.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with campaign goals.
Follow up with warm leads from inbound campaigns and nurture relationships through consistent communication.
Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive rapport with leads.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter in the IT services, or software development sector.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or Western accent (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
Familiarity with cold calling, lead qualification frameworks (BANT, SPIN, etc.), and CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Basic understanding of software development services — web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
Self-driven, persistent, and organized with the ability to work independently.
