This role carries the responsibility of developing and generating business for Infrastructure Projects in the given territory in the Civil Infrastructure industry, working closely with the EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end users, offering the solutions

Candidates selling to Civil Infrastructure Industry in Abu Dhabi are preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed agreed sales and profit targets within given target period.

· Business development – understanding and constant tracking of the Abu Dhabi key market requirements, Projects and Tenders.

· Understand and familiarization of Pre-qualification procedures with End Users/EPC contractors.

· Identify new products and potential vendors to include in product portfolio to enhance project package supply.

· Identify and ensure efficient marketing activities, value proposition to end user, consultants, contractors, and prospective customers.

· Prepare and deliver technical presentations of products.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

· Plan, organize and participate in sales team meetings or conferences, presentations, and customer training to support business activity.

· Market intelligence: Update on a regular basis information about market players and changes in market requirements having a tap on future potential market disruptors.

· Reports on a regular basis progress toward sales plans objectives.

· Leading and assisting with Customer/principal meetings (both in person & virtual), tender submissions and follow-up meetings to secure orders, execute & complete the business cycle keeping account receivables intact with low-risk exposure.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or any other relevant education.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Minimum 5 – 8 years (frontline sales) experience in Infrastructure projects / related contractors in Abu Dhabi.

· Good knowledge of Industry and Products

· Proven track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.

· Experience in Project Sales for Road Safety products/Storm water system/Geo synthetics/Manhole covers.

· Strong connection with end users (MEW/MPW/PAHW/PART/KPA/MARINE), consultants, contractor, and potential customers.

· Technical as well as Sales aptitude and Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.

· Ability to work in an independent manner in planning activities, making decisions and supporting customers.

· Well versed with, SalesForce, Microsoft D365 or equivalent ERP and MS office skills.

· Self-starter with strong market analytical capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs and estimate financial opportunity.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· UAE driving license mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
