Job Description: Sr. Sales Executive – Real Estate

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial Projects)
Experience Required: 5 – 10 Years
Job Location: Rewari, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
  • Handle walk-ins, site visits, and convert leads to successful sales closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize property deals with clients effectively.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
  • Build and manage strong client databases through regular follow-ups and networking.
  • Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for seamless client handover and post-sales support.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial property.
  • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Rewari real estate market and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Proven track record of target achievements in property sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Should be comfortable with local travel and client meetings.
  • Local Residential of Rewari preferable.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
