  • Sound Knowledge of Certification Standard and its process.
  • Compliance with international regulatory standards
  • Guide the technical team to design customized service packages addressing specific client needs
  • Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools to drive data-driven decisions.

    • Experience

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Management Certification sector in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.

  • Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities


    • Primary Functions

  • Responsible for driving growth and expanding Bureau Veritas' market presence in the buildings and infrastructure sector.
  • Conduct thorough market segmentation analysis to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Create detailed client penetration strategies and roadmaps for targeted clients (as per BV strategy)
  • Develop competitive intelligence reports tracking industry trends, pricing levels and potential business opportunities

    • Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain clients’ strategic relationships with:
    • Senior executives
    • Management Representative & QHSE Team
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings to understand evolving client needs
  • Develop long-term partnership frameworks
  • Negotiate complex service agreements, MOUs and contracts

    • Business Requirements

  • Report to Sales Manager/ Product Line Manager about day-to-day business update
  • Go to Market Attitude.

    • Self Management

  • Develop proactive business growth strategies
  • Leadership skills, communication skills, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Should be Results oriented, Service driven and Problem solving
  • Comply with company regulations, procedures and Code of Ethics.

  • Achieve Quarterly growth targets (Individual)
  • Keep a minimum of 30% proposal conversion rate
  • Grow the sales pipeline and keep it up to date
  • Meeting Salesforce KPI.
  • Hold regular meetings with operations and ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Deliver the sustainability sales target as per plan
