Sr. Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil

Location: Gurgaon

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in site execution, supervision, and quality control. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of handling site inspections, drawings, and project coordination for our construction projects in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports.
• Assist in resolving technical/site issues and ensure timely completion.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and site supervision.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage the workforce and ensure quality execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
