Job Summary:-

This role offers the opportunity to lead, coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with project management, have worked in leading construction environments, and possess strong coordination and communication skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:-

Lead and facilitate effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including projects team, contractors, company teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Monitor project progress, milestones, and dependencies to identify coordination challenges and proactively address them through effective cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Reporting coordination-related issues to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Following up on projects progress throw site walkthroughs, ensuring that the contractors are aligned with our time schedule, specifications and quality standards.

Review project drawings/designs packages and make sure the projects team have all the required data for each project stage.
Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Arch/Civil engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects.
