Sr. Structural Supervisors

Job Title

To supervise and manage all structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise execution of structural works (steel & concrete) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies or constructability issues.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor and report daily progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Interface with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Maintain site records including daily logs, inspection reports, and site instructions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural supervision (preferably in [e.g., industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects]).
• Proficient in reading structural and construction drawings.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
