Job Summary:
The Supervisor – SLRP is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining brand standards within the outlet. The role involves supervising staff, handling customer interactions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to achieve sales and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the outlet at all times.
- Support the Store Manager in managing shift schedules and staff deployment.
- Monitor performance and ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure staff adhere to grooming, attendance, and service standards.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring they are familiar with company procedures.
3. Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a strong customer-focused environment that promotes loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure that service quality meets company and Dubai Mall standards.
4. Sales & Targets
- Assist in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor product availability, display standards, and upselling opportunities.
- Support in implementing promotions and marketing campaigns effectively.
5. Inventory & Cash Control
- Supervise daily cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor stock levels, place replenishment requests, and control wastage.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and financial control procedures.
6. Compliance & Health and Safety
- Ensure adherence to all Dubai Mall regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety policies (if F&B).
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail, or Hospitality Management.
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
