    Sr. TA / Talent Acquisition Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Use job portals like Naukri , Indeed, LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media to attract and identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Recruit for positions across functions such as production, purchase, design, quality, and service in a manufacturing environment etc. Good understanding of manufacturing workforce hiring at different levels.
  • Support new hire onboarding and induction programs.
  • Handle pre-joining formalities and documentation (offer & Appointment letter, background checks, joining forms).
  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly engagement activities, festivals, birthdays, and team-building events.
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from employees to improve engagement and retention.
  • Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and sharing insights with management.
  • Handle documentation, file management and coordination with vendors for office supplies or event logistics.
  • Coordinate for joining formalities, ID card issuance, and workstation arrangements for new hires.
  • Support in employee retention strategies by conducting stay/exit interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Knowledge of Keka HR or similar HR software will be preferred

• Excellent Communication Skills. • Drafting Skills. • Good Command on MS Office, Advance Excel • Strong knowledge of onboarding, induction, and employee engagement practices. • Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). • Familiarity with HR software such as Keka HR will be an added advantage. • Candidate should have experience in manufacturing recruitment.
