Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions. This role requires the ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop complex and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Work directly with business teams to understand requirements, define KPIs, and create actionable analytics solutions.
• Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL Server, cloud databases, APIs, etc.).
• Implement advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions, custom calculations, parameters, filters, and dashboard actions.
• Optimize large datasets and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Establish and enforce Tableau development standards and best practices.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest Tableau releases, features, and BI industry trends.

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data visualization roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• In-depth understanding of data visualization principles and user experience design.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and multiple data source integration.
• Proven ability to work directly with business leadership to define metrics and deliver solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, Talend).
• Knowledge of other BI tools like Power BI or QlikView.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Scripting/programming knowledge (Python, R) for advanced analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹375,345.95 - ₹1,444,119.14 per year
