Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. You’ll act as a strategic hiring partner to clients, sourcing top talent, providing expert market insights, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their hiring needs, workforce planning, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Understand client job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Deliver on client SLAs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Source high-quality candidates through various channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and support.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams on database management, marketing roles, and improving sourcing strategies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placements, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successful placements across industries or specialized domains (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling senior-level or niche roles.
- Exposure to international recruitment .
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
