👨 🔧 Reports to: Technical Support Manager

Are you an experienced HVAC engineer with deep VRF expertise and a passion for problem-solving? Join our team and support cutting-edge HVAC & VRF projects from design to post-installation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support throughout design, installation & commissioning phases
• Diagnose and solve complex issues on-site & remotely
• Support sales & projects with technical proposals, BOQ verification
• Deliver technical training for technicians, contractors, and clients
• Validate shop drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Escalate and resolve advanced issues with factories/R&D

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 5–7+ years in HVAC , with at least 5 years in VRF systems
• Hands-on experience with leading VRF brands (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting & commissioning skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office
• Excellent communication & training delivery skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
