Sr Tour Consultant

Job Summary

HMN Holidays (SMC‑Pvt) Ltd is looking for a professional, experienced, and active Tour Consultant to manage our Umrah, International Tours, Holiday Packages, and Ground Services Department.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of:

  • Umrah packages
  • International & domestic tour planning
  • Hotel bookings
  • Visa-related tour documentation
  • Airline routing knowledge
  • Client dealing & sales closing
  • Travel market rates and suppliers

The candidate should be confident in handling clients independently and must have the ability to convert inquiries into sales professionally.

Job ResponsibilitiesUmrah Operations

  • Handle complete Umrah package planning
  • Prepare customized Umrah quotations
  • Coordinate hotels, transport, and visa requirements
  • Manage group & family Umrah packages
  • Deal with Saudi suppliers and ground operators
  • Guide clients regarding travel requirements and documentation

Tours & Holiday Packages

  • Design international and domestic holiday packages
  • Prepare itineraries for countries including:
  • Turkey
  • Thailand
  • Dubai
  • Malaysia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Egypt
  • Europe
  • Maldives
  • Bali
  • Central Asia tours
  • Handle hotel bookings and sightseeing arrangements
  • Coordinate airport transfers and transportation
  • Prepare costing and profit calculations

Sales & Client Handling

  • Respond to client inquiries quickly
  • Follow up leads professionally
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online leads

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with ticketing and visa departments
  • Maintain proper records of all bookings
  • Submit daily sales updates to management
  • Ensure all official sales are entered into Accounts Department same day with supporting invoices

RequirementsEducation

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in:
  • Umrah operations
  • Tours department
  • Travel agency operations

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of airlines and travel industry
  • Knowledge of hotels and tour suppliers
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations
  • Good English writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business & social media handling is a plus

Software Knowledge

  • MS Word & Excel
  • Email communication
  • Basic travel software knowledge preferred

Office Timings

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Reporting Time: 9:00 AM

Salary Package

  • Attractive Salary + Incentives
  • Salary will be offered according to experience and performance

Incentive Structure

  • Performance-based monthly bonus available
  • Additional incentives on Umrah & tour sales targets

  • Candidate must be responsible and hardworking
  • Fast response to clients is mandatory
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with existing travel industry experience

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
